Legal Assistant / Immigration

Duties: Assist attorney in all phases of immigration cases; perform complex legal research; Start to finish preparation of employment-based of immigration petitions with minimal assistance and supervision; Assist with any problems that may arise relative to a foreign national’s immigration status; Preparation of monthly status expiration reports, and updates of Tracker System; Assist with national’s work-related emigration to foreign countries; Preparing files for USCIS and US Employers; preparing clients for job interviews; helping with relocations to US.

Hours: 40hrs/wk. TUE-SAT from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Minimum job requirements: bachelor's degree in law related fields w/min. 2 yrs consecutive working experience in legal setting. Some foreign travel may be required.
